Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3808. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(STA) Urging the Congress of the United States to pass S. 1629, the Tenth Amendment Enforcement Act of 1996, was adopted and was read the second time. Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Salo objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(STA) was read the third time.
